good stay but needs improvement
The first floor room was well-located for easy access. Staff interactions were pleasant and accommodating, which enhanced our overall experience.
Some aspects felt a bit dated.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the nearby Wind Creek Casino and enjoyed the local nightlife. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. Just a heads up, breakfast can run out fast due to limited options, so plan accordingly!
One downside was the lack of an elevator, which was a hassle for carrying our bags up the stairs.

The culinary scene nearby had me drooling! Tried some spicy fried catfish and local BBQ that felt like a South Alabama hug. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to snooze after indulging. I also appreciated the no frills vibe. it wasn't fancy, but it felt like home!

The hotel lacks an elevator, which means dragging bags up to the second floor is a hassle. Breakfast choices are quite limited. I found only a few cereals and some yogurt, though I appreciated the fresh fruit that wasn't available during previous stays. Checking in at 3 PM felt a bit late. a 2 PM check-in would be more accommodating for travelers. Also, the varying price for the same room upon each visit has been frustrating.

Spacious room but poor breakfast experience
I had a spacious King Room that was clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast served the next morning, despite it being advertised, which was quite disappointing. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly, but improvements can be made in providing consistent breakfast options.

The room was decorated with lovely floral patterns, giving it a homely touch that made my stay feel comfortable. I appreciated how air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature, enhancing my relaxation during my visit.
More accessible parking for seniors would be helpful.

The room felt clean and the bed offered a comfortable sleep. Staff members greeted me with a smile, which instantly brightened my stay. I loved the nearby dining options that made grabbing a meal easy. However, the breakfast choices were lacking. The waffle station was gone, which was a bit of a disappointment. Limited options like cereal and yogurt didn’t really fill me up. The front of the hotel was under renovation, making it difficult to relax in the breakfast area. Also, the check-in time was 3 PM, which felt a bit late. I wish they could allow guests to check in at 2 PM instead. Accessible parking was a bit of an issue for seniors. It could be improved. Staying on the first floor was very convenient, though. The location has easy access to stores and restaurants.
